1.2 NFC Tag Data

Each NFC bracelet or tag contains a unique ID that links to the user’s safety profile stored securely in our database. The tag itself does not store personal data — it only provides a reference (URL or identifier).

1.3 Technical Information

We may collect basic technical data such as:

  • Device model and operating system
  • App version
  • Crash logs and performance analytics

This helps us improve reliability and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide access to your SOS Tag safety profile when the NFC tag is scanned
  • Display emergency contact information to rescuers or responders
  • Improve and maintain the App’s performance and security
  • Communicate important updates or service notifications

We do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared only:

  • With emergency responders or individuals scanning your NFC tag to access contact details in emergencies
  • With trusted service providers who host or maintain our backend systems (e.g., database hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality obligations

We never share personal data for advertising or marketing without your consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on trusted cloud infrastructure (e.g., encrypted PostgreSQL database). We use encryption, access controls, and other industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

If your NFC tag is lost or stolen, you can request deactivation or data removal by contacting us.
